As the Chairman of the Disabled Persons, Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims, and Social Protection Association in Dakrong District, a mountainous area of Quang Tri Province, Mr. Nguyen Ai Hoi has always been deeply concerned with the question: "How can persons with disabilities truly integrate and live an independent life?"
An opportunity came when he joined activities organized by ACDC’s project. He participated in every event he was invited to, provided direct legal counseling for persons with disabilities, and supervised the accessibility of public facilities. More importantly, he proactively sought sponsors to develop broom-making vocational training for persons with disabilities in his district. Thanks to his efforts, not only himself but many other association members were able to enhance their capabilities and contribute to the development of the Association and the community.
