To improve online working skills for Associations/Groups of Persons with Disabilities and to promptly adapt to the “new normal” context during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC) organized an online training session "Effective online working skills" via Zoom platform on 24-25 December, 2021.

“Work from home” and “working online” have been the most mentioned phrases in recent times since the Covid-19 broke out. Facing the complicated development of the pandemic in Vietnam and all over the world, leaders of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) should quickly adapt to the new context and be equipped with important skills to ensure work efficiency.

Therefore, effective online working skills are essential for OPDs currently.

The activity is within the framework of the project "Enhancing opportunities for information access for Persons with Disabilities and Organizations of Persons with Disabilities" funded by CBM Germany. The project focuses on supporting information accessibility and specific services for persons with disabilities and their organizations amid the heavy impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, the project will support equipment and tools for OPDs to maintain and develop the network as well as their supervisory role to adapt to the new normal and the period of Industry 4.0.
