Who are we?

  Action to the Community Development Center (ACDC) is a Vietnamese non-governmental organization working to support persons with disabilities and other disadvantaged groups in the Vietnam. The center has legal status under the Southeast Asia Scientific Research Association in Vietnam. Strategic goals

OVERALL GOAL   ACDC aims to contribute to improve living and legal rights of persons with disabilities & other vulnerable groups in Vietnam to be fully and equally integrated into society. Key activities

Based on its existing strengths and many years of working experience, as well as the results of assessments on the need to maintain these services in Vietnam, ACDC’s team will continue to perform the following key activities: Behavior change communication; Counseling seminars; Policy advocacy; Training; Research, surveys and  evaluation; Initiative-taking.
