
This report has been developed to support businesses in Vietnam and the ASEAN region in better understanding the rights, needs, and support solutions for persons with disabilities in business operations, thereby contributing to the promotion of equality and sustainable development.
The rapid assessment covers the following key components:
- An overview of persons with disabilities in Vietnam
- Policies on the protection of the rights of customers with disabilities in Vietnam and internationally
- The needs and barriers of customers with disabilities
- Some cases of disability-inclusive business
- Recommendations for disability-inclusive business practices
