On the morning of 29 October, representatives from the Vietnam Federation on Disability (VFD), the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), and partner organizations visited Ulsan University Hospital in the Republic of Korea to exchange experiences and learn about care and rehabilitation practices for persons with disabilities.
