From May 19th – 22nd, 2026, the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), in collaboration with the Quang Tri Association of Persons with Disabilities, Agent Orange Victims, Social Protection for Persons with Disabilities, and Children’s Rights Protection, conducted an accessibility needs assessment at 38 households with persons with disabilities and Agent Orange victims, as well as 06 care and education facilities for persons with disabilities/Agent Orange victims and related units across Quang Tri Province. The activity aimed to assess accessibility conditions, living environments, and support needs for accessibility improvements tailored to each target household and facility.

From 19 - 21 September 2025, Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC) partnered with the Quảng Ngãi Department of Health to implement the activity “Direct support for persons with disabilities and their families to improve the quality of life and social inclusion”. The activity aimed to strengthen the independency in living skills and community inclusion of persons with disabilities through the usage of assistive devices, guidance on safe use, and appropriate rehabilitation exercises.

As part of the project “Support to Improve the Quality of Life of Persons with Disabilities in Provinces Heavily Sprayed with Agent Orange” in Binh Dinh and Kon Tum provinces, the component implemented by ACDC, from June 16 to 18, 2025, the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), in coordination with the Department of Health of Binh Dinh Province, carried out the activity “Direct Support for Persons with Disabilities and Their Families to Improve Living Conditions and Promote Social Inclusion” in Tay Giang and Tay Thuan communes, Tay Son District.
