PROJECT PURPOSE
To enhance opportunities for inclusion and access to state policies for persons with disabilities, and to improve the legal consultation model for persons with disabilities in Vietnam, implemented by ACDC.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Establish a stable, accessible legal consultation service via telephone, email, and online platforms.
Provide free legal consultation for persons with disabilities in suburban Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, and Cao Bang; and train a core team to carry out legal support at the local level.
Complete a case study on the implementation of laws and policies, and the accessibility of justice services for persons with disabilities in Vietnam.
