Cultural and sports exchange festival for persons with disablitities in Hue City
The festival is organized to raise awareness among relevant agencies, departments, and the community about disability issues, contributing to the goal of removing barriers and enhancing the ability of persons with disabilities to live independently and integrate into society.
It also provides opportunities and a platform for persons with disabilities and the community to participate in cultural and sports activities, as well as to explore booths and products made by persons with disabilities themselves.
