In the framework of the project “Enhance information access opportunity for persons with disabilities and organizations of people with disabilities” funded by CBM Germany organization, from the day 28 to 31 March 2022, ACDC held the training “Improve effective online working skills” on the Zoom platform.

The course objective is to enhance work skills adapted to the online work-from-home context. At the same time, the project is also expected to support leaders of the Organization of People with Disabilities to improve the quality of organization management in the context of working online and thereby maintaining the network connection with other organizations when face-to-face meetings and exchanges are limited.

Students participated in learning about "Meeting skills on online platforms" of lecturer Luu Tien Dung

There were more than 30 trainees who are core members of organizations, associations and groups of persons with disabilities nationwide participating in the training. Under the guidance of lecturer Luu Tien Dung from PTI Business School, the students learned about online working skills for individuals and groups as well as ways to communicate on online platforms and how to use tools and applications on the Zoom platform and other online platforms. The trainees were interacted and divided into groups to discuss the content of the lesson and share useful experiences during the training sessions.

Through 04 training sessions, I have understood how to organize an effective meeting and know how to manage time to plan in a specific way. And I would like to thank ACDC, lecturers and people who participated actively and effectively”.

In the near future, the project will continue to implement other activities to promote access to information and specific services for people with disabilities and disability associations during the post-pandemic recovery period. At the same time, through ACDC, the CBM organization has provided equipment and tools for the Organizations of People with Disabilities to maintain and develop the network as well as the supervisory role of the Organizations of People with Disabilities, in order to adapt corresponding to the new normal and the 4.0 period.
