The training course was successful under the guidance of facilitators from the TOT group with the assistance of teaching assistants who are outstanding officials participating in the relevant training course for hospital/legal staff organized in February. In this training course, knowledge about sex and gender, Gender roles, Gender stereotypes, forms of Gender-based violence, how to identify the risk of violence as well as preventive measures of gender-based violence against persons with disabilities were introduced specifically to participants. In addition, the combination of different methods such as answering via color cards, games, teamwork, group discussion, case study, and watching videos about how to prevent gendered-based violence against persons with disabilities stimulated the participation of trainees, creating a vibrant ambiance in the training hall. Therefore, participants could remember useful knowledge of the training course and be trained in essential skills to identify the risk of violence and the prevention of gendered-based violence.
