Expected program content: Welcoming event for the 18/04 celebration, Announcement of decisions on awarding commemorative medals to individuals and units with outstanding contributions to the cause of persons with disabilities in 2023 for the first time; Reporting and implementation of the Vietnam Federation on Disability's 3rd term Congress plan.

2. Danang: "Our Voice" camp to commemorate Vietnam Disability Day 18/4

Time: from 14h00 on April 13, 2023, to 12h00 on April 14, 2023.

Location: Danang Inclusive Education Development Support Center

Implementing Unit: Danang Inclusive Education Development Support Center and ACDC

Sponsor: Hong Kong Children's Relief and the coordination of Save the Children in Vietnam.

Expected number and composition of participants: There will be 355 participants, including:

• Judges: Representatives of the center, ACDC Institute, and Save the Children organization
• Contestant teams: 4 teams, each consisting of 35 people, including: 
• Parents: 10 parents
• Teachers: 10 teachers
• Children with disabilities: 15 children
• Children: 190
• Teachers, guests, organizing committee, and sign language interpreters: 25 people...

Expected program content: Welcoming event for the 18/04 celebration, organizing the camp and launching the drawing competition "Our Rights", continuing to implement the literary and artistic, speech, sports and cooking competitions about children's rights, visiting camps and awarding prizes to the contest winners at the center.

3. Thua Thien Hue: Program to commemorate Vietnam Disability Day 18/4 - Theme: Digital Transformation: Innovation and Technology for Everyone

Expected number and composition of participants: More than 50 people, representatives of units and organizations for and on behalf of persons with disabilities, and members of the Vietnam Federation on Disability...

Expected program content: Welcoming event for the 18/04 celebration, meeting and exchanging ideas among members and partners of the Vietnam Federation on Disability, discussing and sharing experiences on digital transformation and innovation in support of persons with disabilities, as well as exchanging ideas on future cooperation in this area.

Expected program content: Welcome meeting for the event on April 18th, assembly competition of "model of dreams for persons with disabilities," experience the double-decker bus in Hue, video contest on "everyday life of persons with disabilities," visiting specialized departments related to persons with disabilities at the Center for Social Work and the Children's Protection Fund of Thua Thien Hue province.

4. Quang Ngai: Forum "Listening to the Voice of Persons with disabilities and Promoting the Law on Disability 2023"

Date: April 18, 2023

Location: Ninh Tho Hotel, 71 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Quang Ngai City.

Organizer: Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Quang Ngai province, Quang Ngai provincial Disability Association, and ACDC

The number and composition of participants include: Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Leaders of Departments: Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Culture - Sports and Tourism, Health, Education and Training; Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Women's Union; Leaders of People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities; Representatives of the provincial Disability Association, Blind Association; Leaders of the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), and other businesses, members of the Disability Association in towns and districts in the province.

Expected activities: welcome meeting for the event on April 18th, organize a forum to present and introduce outstanding products and models produced and processed by persons with disabilities to send to agencies, departments, businesses, and volunteers. At the same time, give gifts to outstanding persons with disabilities participating in the forum.
