Hội người khuyết tật huyện Sơn Tịnh, Quảng ngãi dược thành lập

Ngày 9/9/2018, Đại hội đại biểu Hội người khuyết tật huyện Sơn Tịnh, tỉnh Quảng Ngãi lần đầu tiên được tổ chức, đánh dấu sự ra đời của Hội người khuyết tật cấp huyện ở Quảng Ngãi.

Tham gia chương trình Đại hội có bà Trần Thị Minh, Đại diện Trung tâm ACDC; ông Phan Thành Chung, Phó chú tịch Hội người khuyết tật tỉnh, ông Lữ Xuân Ánh, Ủy viên Ban thường vụ, Phó chủ tịch UBND huyện; ông Lê Quế Anh, Phó phòng Lao động Thương binh và xã hội; bà Nguyễn Thu Thủy, Phó phòng Nội vụ; ông Nguyễn Văn Quang, Chủ tịch Hội người khuyết tật huyện Điện Bàn, tỉnh Quảng Nam, đại diện các xã và đông đảo người khuyết tật trên toàn huyện.

Đại hội đã công bố quyết định thành lập Hội, thông qua phương hướng chiến lược và Điều lệ Hội giai đoạn 2018-2023. Đồng thời Đại hội cũng đã giới thiệu Ban chấp hành nhiệm kỳ mới...

ACDC provides vnd 500 million to support persons with disabilities affected by the 2025 storms and floods

A series of major storms and floods – No. 10, 11, 12, and 13 – in late 2025 devastated large areas of northern, central, and Central Highlands provinces, leaving tens of thousands of households submerged, losing property, and facing disrupted livelihoods. Persons with disabilities, who are among the most heavily affected groups due to limited mobility and reduced capacity to respond to emergencies, were identified as those in urgent need of assistance.

Quang Tri: Inclusion Festival

On the morning of December 5, 2025, the Inclusion Festival 2025 took place in Quang Tri Province with the participation of more than 110 persons with disabilities, along with representatives from provincial departments and agencies. The event was organized within the framework of the Inclusion Project 1, Phase 3, implemented by the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC) in coordination with the Provincial OPD. The Festival was held in response to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3), under the theme: “Promoting an inclusive society for the progress of the community.”
