Tuần lễ toàn cầu hành động giáo dục cho mọi người được Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo cùng các đối tác phát động và tổ chức với thông điệp “Người khuyết tật có quyền thụ hưởng một nền giáo dục chất lượng, thân thiện và bình đẳng.”

Chiến dịch nhằm tăng cường thực hiện các chính sách, chương trình và các biện pháp nhằm đảm bảo một nền giáo dục hòa nhập có chất lượng, hỗ trợ người khuyết tật vượt qua những rào cản mà họ đang phải đối mặt trong việc tiếp cận giáo dục và quyền được giáo dục,Việt Nam đang thực hiện đổi mới căn bản và toàn diện giáo dục và đào tạo, xây dựng xã hội học tập, hướng tới giáo dục hòa nhập nhằm giúp người khuyết tật có một cuộc sống hạnh phúc, phát triển tối đa năng lực bản thân, sự sáng tạo và tài năng để đóng góp ngày càng nhiều cho xã hội.

Về Tuần lễ Hành động toàn cầu giáo dục cho mọi người Tuần lễ hành động toàn cầu là một sự kiện thường niên do Liên minh chiến dịch toàn cầu vì giáo dục (GCE) – liên minh của các tổ chức phi chính phủ và liên đoàn giáo viên phát động nhằm nâng cao nhận thức về tầm quan trọng của Giáo dục cho mọi người. Tuần lễ nhằm huy động các nguồn lực và sự ủng hộ của toàn xã hội để đạt được mục tiêu giáo dục cho mọi người. Năm 2014, Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo phối hợp với các tổ chức của Liên hợp quốc (UNESCO, UNICEF, ILO và UNDP), các tổ chức phi chính phủ ChildFund, CRS, Oxfam, Plan, VCEFA, VVOB,

Tầm nhìn Thế giới, Save the Children, VNAH, World Concern, ActionAid, Trung tâm Hành động vì sự phát triển cộng đồng ACDC, Trung tâm hướng nghiệp và tiếp sức trẻ hòa nhập, Hội người khuyết tật thành phố Hà Nội, Chi hội người điếc Hà Nội, Ban Hành động vì Sự phát triển Hòa nhập IDEA và Hội khuyến học Việt Nam hưởng ứng Tuần lễ toàn cầu hành động giáo dục cho mọi người theo chủ đề: “Giáo dục và Khuyết tật: Bình đẳng quyền, bình đẳng cơ hội”.

On September 6, 2026, at the Thuong My Village Hall, Gio Linh Commune, Quang Tri Province, the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC) organized an exchange activity among psychological support groups for persons with disabilities and family members under the theme “Connect – Share – Accompany.” The activity was organized as part of the project “Independent Living and Social Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities in Quang Tri, Vietnam,” funded by Green Cross Switzerland (GCCH), with the aim of creating a friendly space where members could meet, share experiences, and continue practicing mental health care skills in their daily lives.

Hue city: Completion of home-based rehabilitation intervention cases for persons with disabilities and agent orange victims

On August 15 – 16 and 22 – 23, 2026, the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), in collaboration with the Organization of Persons with Disabilities – Protection of Persons with Disabilities and Orphans of Hue City , Hue City Rehabilitation Hospital, local authorities, and commune/ward health stations, organized the closing of home-based rehabilitation (RH) intervention cases for 78 persons with disabilities and Agent Orange victims. The activity is part of the project “Enhancing livelihood and well-being of persons with disabilities and Agent Orange victims in Hue City, Vietnam,” funded by Green Cross Switzerland (GCCH) through ACDC.

86 persons with disabilities and agent orange victims receive prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices in Hue city

On 13 – 14 August 2026, Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), in coordination with the Hue City Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans and relevant agencies, completed the provision of prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices to 86 persons with disabilities and Agent Orange victims in 11 communes and wards across Hue City. This activity followed the prosthetic and orthotic fitting and trial process conducted in July 2026. The activity was implemented under the project “Livelihood Support and Quality of Life Improvement for Persons with Disabilities and Agent Orange Victims in Hue City,” funded by Green Cross Switzerland (GCCH) through ACDC.
