Khóa học kéo dài trong 2 năm, trong đó 1 nă đầu tiên học tại KOTO, 6 tháng tiếp theo đi thực tập tại các khách sạn, resort 5 sao là đối tác của KOTO, 6 tháng cuối cùng quay lại KOTO học củng cố và thi tốt nghiệp.
