Specific Objective: Strengthen the capacity of organizations of people with disabilities in monitoring and evaluating the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities across the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of Vietnam.

Expected Results:
Expected Result 1: Disability People’s Organizations (DPOs) in the Northern, Central, and Southern regions of Vietnam are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to monitor and evaluate the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). A training toolkit consisting of six modules will be used to train DPOs across the three regions from 2016 to 2019.
Expected Result 2: DPOs in Vietnam operate actively and effectively, making significant contributions to the reports of disability organizations on monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the CRPD in 2017 and 2019.
Expected Result 3: Improved information sharing among DPOs nationwide, with the CRPD serving as a guiding framework.
Expected Result 4: Enhanced capacity for the Action to the Community Development Center (ACDC) in project management, technical assistance, and monitoring and evaluation skills.
