• 64% of PWDs experienced reduced working hours; 28% completely stopped working for one month.
• 57% of PWD households had a monthly income below 2 million VND (up from 41% prepandemic).
• 90% of households reduced spending, with 56% cutting food expenses, 22% using savings, and 18% taking loans.

Health Impacts

• 71% of PWDs faced difficulties in accessing healthcare and medical services.
• 46% could not access medical check-ups unrelated to COVID-19.
• 24% faced challenges accessing psychological and social support services.

Perceptions and Mental Health

• 38% felt supported during the pandemic.
• 55% felt anxious, 12% felt hopeless.
• 94% of PWDs proactively practiced social distancing and preventive measures at home.

Support Received

• 74% of PWDs received at least one form of support.
• Common forms of support: soap and masks (33%), food ( 22%), cash (20%).

Urgent Support Needs

• Financial assistance (82%), food (79%), medicine (75%), medical equipment (70%).
