Survey Participants: 1,792 persons with disabilities (PWDs) from 63 provinces and cities, representing 6 disability groups and diverse ethnic backgrounds.
Implementation Context:
In 2021, the fourth wave of the COVID-19 outbreak in Vietnam, particularly in southern provinces, severely impacted vulnerable groups. PWDs were among those most affected in terms of health, income, access to information, and social services. This report aims to assess the extent of the impact and provide practical policy recommendations.
