Work Experience and Qualifications:

Master of Public health at Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand.
Medical Doctor (MD), Hue Medical University, Vietnam.
More 23-year experience in the field of development, in which working with disabilities program as: (i) physical rehabilitation; (ii) empower people with disability (PWD) through disable people organization (DPO) and social activities; (iii) support PWD and their family to improve economic by accessed revolving fund that managed by DPO; (iv) support PWD and their family on live independently.
