Tập huấn nâng cao nhận thức về khuyết tật cho khối doanh nghiệp

Uỷ Ban chữ thập đỏ Quốc tế - Quỹ đặc biệt dành cho Người khuyết tật (ICRC-SFD) đã và đang hỗ trợ Người khuyết tật (NKT) tại Việt Nam hơn 20 năm qua, chủ yếu về lĩnh vực Phục hồi chức năng (PHCN) và cụ thể là cung cấp dụng cụ hỗ trợ đi lại như chân giả, nẹp chỉnh hình, xe lăn và xe lắc.

Ngoài sự hợp tác lâu dài và khăng khít với các Trung tâm/Bệnh viện PHCN ở cấp tỉnh/thành phố, ICRC-SFD còn tiếp cận Doanh nghiệp của Thuỵ Sĩ tại Việt Nam để cung cấp kiến thức về Khuyết tật cho đội ngũ cán bộ, nhân viên của doanh nghiệp. Mục tiêu của chương trình là tạo thuận lợi trong việc tuyển dụng và hoà nhập NKT trong lực lượng lao động của công ty.

Ý tưởng ban đầu của chương trình xuất phát từ việc bản thân doanh nghiệp nhận thấy rằng họ không có khái niệm về các loại hình Khuyết tật để họ tuyển dụng NKT vào các vị trí phù hợp cũng như là không chắc chắn rằng NKT có vượt qua các điều kiện về an toàn của doanh nghiệp hay không. Tập huấn Nhận thức về Khuyết tật nói trên được cung cấp với sự giảng dạy của Hội chữ thập đỏ Tây Ban Nha tại Việt Nam. 

Phân tích và tổng hợp thảo luận với các học viên

Kết quả của khoá tập huấn là rất tích cực khi hầu hết các học viên hứng thú với chủ đề Khuyết tật và mong được tập huấn chuyên sâu về chủ đề này. Học viên cũng rất ấn tượng và thu hút với sự thành công trong kinh doanh của một chị phụ nữ khuyết tật dùng xe lăn, mà giới thiệu tới các học viên trong khoá tập huấn.

Thêm nữa, sau khoá tập huấn, học viên mong được giới thiệu nhiều hơn những mô hình cũng như gương điển hình thành công của NKT. Các học viên đều đồng ý và khẳng định rằng, công ty của họ nên tuyển dụng NKT tham gia vào lực lượng lao động của công ty vì họ đã nhận thức về khả năng của NKTchứ không phải khiếm khuyết của NKT trong lĩnh vực công việc.

On September 6, 2026, at the Thuong My Village Hall, Gio Linh Commune, Quang Tri Province, the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC) organized an exchange activity among psychological support groups for persons with disabilities and family members under the theme “Connect – Share – Accompany.” The activity was organized as part of the project “Independent Living and Social Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities in Quang Tri, Vietnam,” funded by Green Cross Switzerland (GCCH), with the aim of creating a friendly space where members could meet, share experiences, and continue practicing mental health care skills in their daily lives.

Hue city: Completion of home-based rehabilitation intervention cases for persons with disabilities and agent orange victims

On August 15 – 16 and 22 – 23, 2026, the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), in collaboration with the Organization of Persons with Disabilities – Protection of Persons with Disabilities and Orphans of Hue City , Hue City Rehabilitation Hospital, local authorities, and commune/ward health stations, organized the closing of home-based rehabilitation (RH) intervention cases for 78 persons with disabilities and Agent Orange victims. The activity is part of the project “Enhancing livelihood and well-being of persons with disabilities and Agent Orange victims in Hue City, Vietnam,” funded by Green Cross Switzerland (GCCH) through ACDC.

86 persons with disabilities and agent orange victims receive prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices in Hue city

On 13 – 14 August 2026, Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), in coordination with the Hue City Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans and relevant agencies, completed the provision of prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices to 86 persons with disabilities and Agent Orange victims in 11 communes and wards across Hue City. This activity followed the prosthetic and orthotic fitting and trial process conducted in July 2026. The activity was implemented under the project “Livelihood Support and Quality of Life Improvement for Persons with Disabilities and Agent Orange Victims in Hue City,” funded by Green Cross Switzerland (GCCH) through ACDC.
