With the aim of helping persons with disabilities conveniently access information and choose suitable occupations, the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC), in collaboration with the Department of Health of Quang Ngai Province, has introduced the leaflet “Information on Employment – Vocational Training – Labour Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities in Quang Ngai Province.” The leaflet was developed based on community-based surveys and the actual needs of persons with disabilities in the province.
The leaflet provides practical and easy-to-use information for persons with disabilities, their families, and local support staff, including:
Designed with a simple and accessible layout, the leaflet helps persons with disabilities better plan their career paths and supports commune/ward officers in counselling and connecting employment services at the local level.
The leaflet was developed under the “Improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in provinces sprayed with Agent Orange” Project in Gia Lai and Quang Ngai provinces (Inclusion IIb Project). The project is funded by the U.S. Government, owned by the National Action Centre for Toxic Chemicals and Environmental Treatment (NACCET) under the Ministry of National Defence, managed by Humanity & Inclusion Vietnam, and implemented by the Action to the Community Development Institute (ACDC).
