A series of major storms and floods – No. 10, 11, 12, and 13 – in late 2025 devastated large areas of northern, central, and Central Highlands provinces, leaving tens of thousands of households submerged, losing property, and facing disrupted livelihoods. Persons with disabilities, who are among the most heavily affected groups due to limited mobility and reduced capacity to respond to emergencies, were identified as those in urgent need of assistance.

On the morning of December 5, 2025, the Inclusion Festival 2025 took place in Quang Tri Province with the participation of more than 110 persons with disabilities, along with representatives from provincial departments and agencies. From October to November 2025, ACDC in collaboration with the Da Nang Department of Health and the Disabled People’s Organisation, supported livelihood development for 15 households of persons with disabilities across seven communes, including Thang An, Thang Đien, Thang Phu, Duy Xuyen, Nam Phuoc, Thu Bon, and Duy Nghia.
